ABOUT THE FILM
Ronnie Monroy has had an unmeaningful life as a public employee. About to turn 65 and face retirement he discovers the Women’s Prison, where he finds a new purpose. He helps inmates recover their freedom and start life anew. But what seems driven by generosity and affection, is really guided by a perverse need to exert power. Ronnie becomes an abuser within the corrupt national judiciary system.

Josué Méndez was born on September 18, 1976 in Lima, Peru. He is a writer and producer, known for Días de Santiago (2004), Gods (2008) and Parelisa (1999).
